Depressing ......... really the pits

This place is really unbelievable. The owners must think they can offer any crap they please and call it a gay bar. Zero maintenence. Probably hasn't been swept out in months. The decor is almost non existent. The thatching of the roof would be a charming detail if it were not so worn and shabby looking. The clientele leaves much to be desired. It consists of two groups, hustlers who do not bathe, ever, and nellie queens who call each other princess. I wish I could say something nice about this place but I left it feeling so depressed that I have to admit Karamba has no saving graces ... none at all.

A dance in the dark

Went on a Friday night in early January. It draws a good mix of locals and tourists of different age groups (21-45). Drinks are decently priced ($4-5) and not watered down. Gets busy (not packed) around 12:30-1:00 am - do not go too early. The best part is the music! Amazing mixes of different club tracks including Madonna, Lady Gaga, David Guetta, etc.

Interesting time over tgiving weekend

Karamba was a fun club to go to. Dont plan on going before 1230 or you will be almost be by yourself. Very intetesting how they lead you to your table and the waitstaff can be overly aggressive in offering drinks. It was almost to yhe point where they passed every 30 seconds offering drinks. Prices were a little high for the pour.

Fun

Great bar located about 15 minutes from the tourist cancun. Awsome atmoshphere good amount of people who are frindly. Also good tourest place!
